Our Mission

The companion animal relationship enriches and strengthens the lives of seniors and persons with disabilities. We seek to facilitate, support, and strengthen the human-animal bond in this group by facilitating the placement of companion animals and helping with the costs of veterinary care and pet supplies.

What We Do & Who We Help

Our First Success Story as a Nonprofit

Mama Kitty 16 years old and Baby Kitty 15 years old are the first success story for our non-profit. Mama and Baby's owner tragically passed away leaving these two kitties needing a home. Having spent their whole life together we did not want to have to separate them into different homes.

The manager of the building where they lived helped take care of them until a new family could be found for the two precious cats. Cindy Keller adopted them even though she had never taken care of a diabetic cat, and even though they were on a prescription diet.

Purina has generously donated prescription diet canned and dry food to help Cindy maintain these two cats properly.

It takes a group of caring people to help solve a problem:

1. The manager who reached out to us for help and bought food and insulin to help these cats. Thank-you Jackie!!!!

2. Our search through friends, family and clients looking for a suitable person to adopt

3. The person who steps forward to help by opening their home to these precious cats. Thank-you Cindy!!!!

4. The company offering financial assistance through food. Thank-you Purina!!!

We are stronger together.
